Editorial Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This page sets out how content on Axomor is produced and who is accountable for it.

Accountability

Articles are published under Axomor Editorial. A named human editor is responsible for the factual accuracy and usefulness of everything published, including any content produced with AI assistance. Responsibility does not transfer to a tool.

How guides are researched

  • Practical details such as fees, timings and permit rules are checked against official or primary sources where one exists.
  • Figures that change (fees, transport costs, permit charges) carry the period they apply to.
  • Where we have not visited a place ourselves, we do not write as though we have.
  • We do not invent anecdotes, quotes, statistics or first-hand experience.

AI assistance

We use AI tools in parts of our workflow. Where we do, the following rules apply without exception:

  • A human verifies every factual claim, figure, date and named entity before publication.
  • We do not publish fabricated citations, sources, reviews or expert quotes.
  • We do not publish under invented author identities.
  • We do not attempt to disguise how content was produced, and we do not manipulate text to defeat AI detectors. Our position is that originality, accuracy and usefulness are what matter, and detector scores are not a measure of any of them.

Commercial independence

No business can pay for a listing, for placement, for a rating, or for removal. We do not currently run sponsored placements or paid reviews. If we introduce affiliate links or commercial relationships, they will be disclosed on the page where they appear as well as here.

Corrections

Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are verified. Where a correction materially changes the meaning of an article, the page's updated date is revised. We do not change publication dates to make content look fresher than it is.

To report an error, email [email protected] or see the contact page. Our data sources and refresh cadence are documented on the methodology page.
