About Seven Sisters Falls
Seven Sisters Falls — locally called Nohsngithiang — is a group of seven parallel waterfalls that cascade down a cliff face during the monsoon, creating a spectacular curtain of white water. The falls are visible from the Eco Park viewpoint in Sohra and only flow fully after heavy rainfall, making a monsoon visit essential.
