About Nohkalikai Falls

Nohkalikai Falls plunges 340 metres — making it India’s tallest plunge waterfall. The water crashes into a strikingly green pool at the base, fed by the world’s highest rainfall. Named after a tragic Khasi legend of a mother who leapt to her death, it is the most dramatic and heartbreaking waterfall in Northeast India.
